- Prices are those ruling at the time of dispatch and are exclusive of VAT
- When ordering via fax, phone or email payment is due within 14 days of invoice date please.
- Any problems are to be reported to Papertec within 3 working days from receipt of goods.
- Papertec retain the right of ownership of any product delivered to any customer until it is paid for.
- The Consumer Contracts Regulations, which came into effect on 13 June 2014, give you 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel.
- You are responsible for returning the item within 14 calendar days of cancelling and refunds must be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods.
- Returned items must be in good re-saleable condition for a full refund.
